MapMixer Alpha v3.00 Released By: ZerO*KooL | - Thursday, June 19, 2008 (Unreal Tournament 3) |
MapMixer 3 for UT3 is still in development, however Alpha Version 3 has now been made publicly available for download and evaluation. Although there is currently no documentation, those familiar with MapMixer for UT2K3 and UT2K4 shouldn't have a problem, however there is some important information in the enclosed ReadMe file and everyone is *strongly* encouraged to read it! UT3 has provided numerous serious challenges in the development of MapMixer 3 and thus has taken a little longer to get off the ground. The whole mod has been completely re-written from scratch and almost every feature has been re-worked and expanded upon in some form, to make it even more flexible. While the core concepts of MapMixer remain, it's not just a simple port of version 2 for UT2K4. Everyone is encouraged to give the alpha version a go, as it appears quite stable considering it is a work in progress. Feel free to leave feedback or suggestions at the MapMixer forum. Diablo 3 Countdown..... By: DDDooGGG | - Monday, April 21, 2008 (General) |
Over at http://www.blizzplanet.com/, they have a countdown which ends May 3rd, this is meant to be the date of either news about the game or possibly a release date of D3, but i doubt it. I can't imagine them being able to keep this one so quiet. At http://diablo3.com, they have a countdown to "The number of days until half the web links to Diablo3.com. But why???" Could it really be true? Could we finally be playing another game? One can only pray/hope it's not as disappointing as HGL was.

OceaniaUT live from 2MCE Radio By: ZerO*KooL | - Thursday, April 3, 2008 (Unreal Tournament 3) |
You see there's more than meets the eye with Subz, the dude is actually studying Journalism and works part time as a Radio Producer based out of Bathurst. Last week he advised me that the show he represents titled 'Homepage', which takes a look at all the best websites and latest IT technology, wanted to do an interview that mainly revolved around the OceaniaUT community. He also asked OUT.com forum member 'Lukeb' if he was up to it. So together we teleported into Bathurst's 2MCE Radio Station for the interview and came up with the following Podcast. The actual interview itself was broadcasted live via the community broadcasting sector on Subz's show 'Homepage' (3pm every Monday for Subz groupies & fanboiz) and to a potential audience of 3 million peeps. Lukeb and I are now celeb's so we're expecting to receive thousands of fan mail letters very shortly. :P Cheers Subz & Good luck with Uni, Journalism, Radio & anything else you decide to get involved with dude! ;)
